Course structure

  • Classes begin with warm-ups to loosen the joints and relax the body. Warm-ups will incorporate Qigong, Taiji, and White Crane principles.

  • Followed by a 20 minute standing movement sequence, done basically in slo-mo, called Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down.

  • After completing the sequence, we will focus on breath, relaxation, and energetic awareness.

This form of qigong can accommodate all body types.
